In 2013 we bought a plot in Jan Thiel (Vista Royal), where we built our dream house. We were given the street name Kaya Azov, after which we named our villa "Villa Azov". This villa features:

a large outdoor swimming pool with jacuzzi
an outdoor kitchen

We started renting out this villa as a vacation home, which has been very successful. After a while, we sold the villa with the goal of starting a new project.
